Maybe they need an official government issued form of identification like a passport. From what you wrote it seems you only sent in school ids.
That is only my opinion tho.

USCIS explicitly says you can't translate your own documents. They have to be translated and certified by someone else.

I uploaded a scan of my birth certificate to an online document translation...

I looked up my application on 8-17-12 and it said it had been delivered at around 11 to "Chase Bank Building" Im guessing that's only the name of the building where the lockbox processing facility...
