To everyone wondering about putting in a FAKE SSN yu Don't have to i just saw a lawyer she said to leave it blank. I hope this helps :)

So a lot of people say: "Be honest about your fake SSN" others say: "Leave it blank" Can anyone ask a lawyer about this? Do I just leave it blank? Do I fill it out?

For all those asking about translating your birth certificate yu can do it and then put the following on the bottom and bring it to a notary after

S/. ________________________________ (your name)...

Im assuming yu finished filling your forms what did yu put for "Your current immigration status" "In status" and "Out of status" in the first page of I-821

"Are you a subject to a final order of violation of section 274C" its the 6th question from top too botom on page 4 I-821 form. what should i answer yes or no?

i used a fake SSN and had credit card etc with it but i stopped paying so that SSN now has bad credit do i still put it underQuestion 9 on the form I-765?
