Maybe a dumb question, but I already had a real SSN before this and I was approved. My SSN card has a NOT VALID FOR WORK stamp on it, do i need to do something about this?

I just noticed a mistake in my grammar school application as i was reviewing everything. They have my full name right, address i lived in, but they put me down as having been born in 9/25/85 instead...
