I got a job at ross and I showed them my EAD, SSN, and ID and I had no problems with either the background check or e-verify. At no point did they ever asked me to show them a visa.

Got approved Oct. 20, this is what I send:

Proof of identity and age
• Mexican Passport
• Consular ID
• School ID’s
• Birth certificate with translation

Proof of entry before the age of 16...
