You have to talk with Emma and ask if they can expedite it. There is a way to bypass Emma and this will let you speak with a USCIS person.

Congrats! That took awhile. I'm hoping there is progress with mine. Submitted my I130 on April and June for my I145. Got my 5 year EAD
but now just waiting.

My job automatically assign us for 403B and I don't think it asked me whether I am a US citizen or not. However, my job knows I have a EAD card.

Wow 49 days! I wish that is how long mine will be if not sooner! Just waiting for my medical the. I'm gonna submit everything. I guess I'll apply for the EAD. It's not bad to have 2, I guess....

I applied on April then got approved on May. I expire this October. I did it online. It was easier than I thought.

DACA is a dead end, might as well end it maybe this will prompt them to create something better. So many people sitting in seats who are anti-amnesty and these are the same people sitting for years.
