Yes, you're supposed to get another mail which contains your ead card...it should come in a postal service envelope.

Haha...I totally empathize with you. People ask me why I don't have a DL blah blah...I come up with all kinds of creative ways of telling a lie...now I tell them that I'll be getting one soon lol.

My brother got approved today!!! He sent his app on 8/20, did his biometrics on 9/12...his app was routed to CA

I'm still waiting for mine...mine was routed to nebraska

i guess permit is ok...will need a ssn eventually since they don't issue a DL card without a ssn

You only need one of the options to prove your identity & age...so I don't understand why you must bring birth certificate...

I think you should call the USCIS National Customer Service Center and check whether they have sent your biometrics letter or not. The phone number is 1-800-375-5283.

I believe that the people who got their EAD approved today did walk-ins...it's up to you to do a walk-in or wait until your appointment date. I decided it to do it today because I have work on the...
