What about an expunged 1st-offense DUI (got it back in early 2010)? It's the only blemish I have on my record; I am thinking whether I should go through the lengthy process of having it expunged...

Lol, so I am guessing that nobody "jumped the gun" by sending out an application (via a lawyer) with a misdemeanor? How about an expunged conviction? Just a thought.

Yeah absolutely, I also highly doubt they will enforce deportation proceedings for somebody with one DUI (even though it is definitely a serious offense), but you never know. I was thinking of...

Yeah, I am definitely going to consult a lawyer regarding my case prior to applying. I got this DUI about 2 years ago and haven't had a run-in with the law since. I also volunteer with a local...
