Right? you would think she knows... She also doesnt want to file form g-1145 and the question that ask how you came to the country, instead of writing "entry without inspection" she put "no lawful...

My boyfriends' lawyer want the money order payable to USCIS... we have told her repeatedly that people are sending the money to US dpt of homeland security (That's what I did)

I got the text/emails on the 24, sent the applications on the 18, received it on the 21. Waiting for my i-797c and biometrics
