families case:

Parents filed for adjustment via work , went up to last stages and supposebly family entered to be protected by 245i. Atleast that's what I was told...

Got text message my case was updated earlier. I just check (cell phone reception is spotty) says both applications were approved.

I believe the letter in which holds you EAD, is the notice hence employers ask for it

They scan the Barcode in Biometrics notic3 and it gives em your info, so it's faster, idc w/of it

Just off phone with uscis rep. Seems I can't be transfered to an immigration officer, as there's a high volume of calls . So inquiry was made for a call back from an officer within 3 to 5 business...

Yes I came to realize this too but it's rather hard for me to adjust my status, even if im a beneficiary under 245i. I mean being here almost 3 decades and no adjustment of status is rather long....

Well in California I got the 5 year DL 6 yr ID, but there was a law made required dmv to put expiration on DL, ID be same as "legal presence document "

Get a ticket, which you will get summons to appear in court by x date (usually 2/3 month) usually 300 fine for first offense
You can go to the traffic window in court and see if you can agree on...

Usually if someone says they get denied it's cause it's "full" wait a few hrs and try again or next day
