In that case, it would be hyphenated. But my credit card put both of them as ONE, no hyphen...

That's pretty cool! I've had a secured credit card for over a year and I apply to other credit cards and haven't been approved! Not even for a store credit card like Macy's or anything!

I think I read the paper too quickly...it says I should be back before Feb. 2osomething...
I read the part that says Each parole period shall not exceed one day from the date of parole at the...

Yeah, me too :).
I'm only going for a couple of days to Guadalajara from LAX.
So, we'll see... I feel like time spent or destination shouldn't make a difference, but never know...

mmm... well, mine does not have the (I) nor the (II) and I searched for 212(a)(9)(B)(i) and didn't find anything...
but like you said, not sure what to make of it either...

Thank you for the response. Yes, I know of this case but I guess I'm freaking out because this says: 212(a)(9)(B)(i)(II) and mine just 212(a)(9)(B)(i).
Maybe I'm just reading too much into it, but...

Oh and I forgot to add... they expedited the application next day (1/14), said I should hear within 30 days... I got my AP today (2/10)
