Hello, I am filing out my applications I-130/I-485 with I-864 to send by early next week. What's the current wait time? I have had DACA since 2012 and I traveled with AP three times, clearing my EWI....

Like all others said, look for action around the 150 day mark before your current expiration (around 5/20/2023). I expire in 8/23. I filed in 2/23 and I just got approved in 3/23, almost exactly 150...

It has been safe so far. I'm currently out of the country on my 3rd AP. I always fly back to LAX. Good luck!

I asked for 300 days and they only gave me until Oct. 2022. I'm leaving for two weeks at the end of this month.

Yes, I just got approved last Friday. I have not received the AP doc yet though. You should be hearing from them very soon.

Thanks, I applied for the 3rd time in April so hopefully I hear back soon. Last year it took about 8 months.

Not worth the risk. Sorry to hijack your post, but question to those who recently applied for AP, how long did your approval take? I applied one month ago and I need to request vacation in advance.

Just returned from traveling abroad with AP. I was out of the country for 8 days and I was in constant fear of getting Covid since you need a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours prior to flying...

Priority date was January 22, 2021. I requested to be out of the country for 45 days with multiple entries and I got approved for 7 weeks with multiple entries. Now I am kicking myself for not having...
