Florida ID and DL annoyances >_>

So when I went to get my florida ID I was told by my local DMV that I had to go to a "full service" center because i'm not a citizen even though I have my EAD and SSN card already and my friend didnt...

They ask for SSN and proof of legal residency for which i showed them my EAD and they said that work permits don't allow you to study.

I always assumed that deferred action was to help student and people with degrees who couldn't work but today i went to community college to register and they told me that the C line of work permits...

Don't wait. I waited 4 days after my lawyer got her copy of my RFE to realize that you won't get a copy. Only your lawyer will unless you don't have one then it will be mailed to you.

Actually im only 18 and For the past 5 years the only thing I sent were my official high school transcripts which covered 8th grade-12th grade and some 7th grade report cards and that was good...

Same. My lawyer got my RFE with no envelope, the the 2 blue papers asking for a copy of my passport. I put the copies behind the RFE papers inside of a fedex overnight slip and sent it off. like 14...

Oh really? My lawyer reeived the bio and the notice letters but so did I. So I shouldn't expect an RFE?

She actually took my case for free since I was her first DACA client. She also asked me if I had Id and all I had was my school ID's but I guess they weren't enough. So you can go be a douchebag...

How so? The RFE is my fault. I didn't have a passport or matricula at the time of sending the application. I have it now though.

Also is it possible to go to her office with the required documents and just mail back HER copy instead of waiting for mine in the mail?...

Yeah i don't think they could really expect much else other than a school transcript and a diploma within a month or so from june 15th to prove continuous presence for someone my age.

Sent passport pictures and translated birth certificate but i've never had an ID until the week before biometrics when i went to get my passport and matricula. Never had a reason to have one :(

Negative. Everything translated. Birth certificate and the documents from me being 1-4 years old in california which were in spanish were all translated and notarized.
