All you need is someone who is over 21 and has a minimum of 3 years driving. Take some driving courses and you can also pay them to take you to the driving test. For insurance your going to have to...

- ead card with ssc
- 2011 college transcript w/ college ID
-cc bill as proof of address

Yes, I went in on the 7th day my EAD was issue since I read that we should wait 7-10 days to apply. I got my ssc 4 days later. You can see my timeline on my sig.

If your using it as a proof of address the transcript has to be within 2 years but if its for Secondary ID it doesn't state any exemptions.

wow they ask you so many question. I went today to apply and all she ask was if I ever apply for ssn before. Then she took me EAD and passport and gave me a receipt which said to wait 2 weeks.

My father renewed his license after 3 years so he had to take the written and the driving test again but didn't have to wait the 3 months.

2010 H&R Block completion and certificate that I took a tax course
2011 College Diploma
2012 3 months of cell phone bill

As some other people have said she should send whatever she has and might just get an RFE if they think she is missing something. I only send out 1 evidence for 2010. I took a tax class at H&R Block...
