Indeed, the whole thing should be processed with an original birth certificate. They keep one for the passport, so, get two or more always. It's because everything is paperwork and not done...

Virginia is a conservative state and after the drunken guy killed the nun, it gave a ton of problems to TPS users looking to renovate their licenses. I wonder if we'll be able to receive our license...
