RFE for Nebraska... My sis same timeline but got rfe yesterday :/ same day i got my card... we sent our packets same day and went to our bio's at the same time.

HEY FYI went to the USCIS Biometrics office in Portland Oregon and they accepted My Birth Cert and 2 ID's from HS from 2005 and 2001 as Offical ID...

Same here... Already petitioned through wife but, will not submit adjustment of status until the new provisional waiver comes out. That way I don't have to leave the country... And by looks of it,...

This is a nasty topic for me since I came here when i was 4 and have no gov. ID or passport or Matricula , Since to get one you need a gov. issued ID from mexico or here. so its a vicious cycle. I...
