I sent mine on March 13 2018 on that application and I just got it back in the mail today March 23, 2018. The reason why is that form i-765 is expired. I checked for an updated form and there isn't...

Unfortunately we didn't make a copy. We thought it would be o.k. And now that they returned the packet they removed that page.

I tried what i put up there, but it said i cant select a visa if i select, "Temporary Protected Status". So I'm guessing for visa i put "None". But now I dont know what to put on the citizenship...

Yea, I just went today. I took my Birth Certificate and my consulate I.D. You just walk in and do what the security guard tells you to(Get a number, Fill out the application, and wait to be called)....

I got a job last Friday(Sep. 7, 2012), but its been one week and i quit this morning(Sep. 13, 2012). They do not ask for Work permits or a ANY type of document. You just go, punch in, and punch out....
