Its a mistake. Sorry! I was accepted Oct 5, 2012. Tbe lady from info pass called today and said my i765 was approved in october but it never changed status from initial review and i never received my...

I have waited over 90 days now! My DACA was approved on october 5, 2012. Customer service is no help at all, and keeps filing service requests in which USCIS responds that i have to wait for my DACA...

Had my info pass appointment on Tuesday! The lady told me that my application had already been sent to the warehouse after my DACA was approved, and that my open 1765 application could be in there....

I still haven't been approved for my i765 and its been two months! I tried to get an Interim EAD but USCIS came back and told me i didn't qualify. I have made an info pass appointment for dec 12.

I am in the same situation! I was approved for my DACA on October 5th and I'm still waiting for me EAD! It's very frustrating especially since most people get approved simultaneously.

I called again today and the lady said that its 90 days after your DACA is approved for the i765. I'm getting so confused because the lady last week told me they had to tell me by nov 22. Seems very...

Im not sure but I just went on the info pass website to check it out, and it states on the front page that if you are applying for daca not to make an info pass appointment because they can't give...

I called them on Friday and they have until Nov 22nd to approve me because my application has been in since August 22, making November 22 the 90 day mark. So only a few weeks left!

This has happened to a lot of people. They wouldn't approve your EAD if you were not approved for your I821D. So no need to worry, you're good :)

It was approved on Friday, October 5th but I received the text message yesterday at 1:30pm. My I765 is still in initial review.

I just got the text message for my I821D approval!!! My I765 is still in initial review. I received the text message at 1:30 but it states on the website that it was actually approved on Friday!
