Well i actually had an I-485 petition earlier this year to try and adjust status and when i went to biometrics i was a Code 3 ...but damn i'm just frustrated because i gotta wait another 2 weeks so...

Oh wow i went today too, what time did you go?? i went around 11am there was only two other people there and the guard was really friendly and so was the black guy that did my prints, i saw the lady...

Wow that makes me feel like i wasted time, i live an hour away as well and got my appt letter since Sept. 1st but it was scheduled for Sept. 18th, yes tomorrow....well at least im about to take it...

Yes it is and Thank you sooo much!! :-) and yes if he's a U.S. Citizen then it will apply to you, the only hard part will be proving Extreme Hardship, but i know you can do it aswell, and good luck...

Yeahh kinda like this DACA process its a one shot deal, no appeal, no motion to reconsider, nothing. The attorney and I have been working the packet since Mid-July so my Waiver is gonna be da bomb...

Yes only if you have a U.S. Citizen relative can you apply for the Provisional Waiver, my Attorney says it should be out sometime before Jan. 2013 since USCIS already has the Instructions and Form...
