Does anybody know how to go about getting your DL in Texas if you areunder the age of 24? I heard that we have to do a Driving Course? is this true?? anybody? please and thank you!

On the USCIS website it says that you may only go on the date of your appointment..
What do I tell them if I attempt a walk-in??

I want opinions, I'm getting a little worried.
Is it weird that I sent my application along with my brother's, in different envelopes but in the same FedEx box, and my brother got a text message...
