My 2012 W-2 contains my ITIN number which I've already rescinded when I received my SSN. Do I just file my taxes using the SSN or would I have to get my W-2 changed to reflect my SSN?

Personally that's a price I am willing to pay if it will lead me to becoming a legal resident. Also, if you went to a public school, think of it as payback to the state that funded your schooling....

My CA ID expires in 2017 and CA DL expires in 2016. Not sure why she gave me one less year for each but I'm not complaining.

I applied November 7th for it.

Also, there isn't anything on it that says temporary. By the way, some DMV's don't allow written tests after a certain point so make sure you check your local DMV...
