you can call USCIS, and push them, if you have a good reason to do it, they will be happy to push until the front of the line.

i think if you entered with a visa and stay for more than 6 months(wich is the max time they give to stay legally) they should know he's overstay...

What do u guys think, they check the forms i765 and i821d after or before biometrics? maybe before biometrics and then just are wainting for the FBI anwers... they add to the report to the file and...
