not permanent residency, as long as u have a work permit BUT it depends what kind of work permit u have maybe later on the road when they update it we can get one, since they do have TPS listed on...

i went thru this, the dps worker told me that their system is linked with immigration went i first went they couldnt verify my status or that my status said pending still, i had to wait for a letter...

yes, bcuz in the approvel letters it has the same numbers printed in the ead card, so they verify both match and they said that in their computer my ead card number kept saying pending
