According to the date of my case when added to my account, it showed that there was an update two days after receiving the text message, which I am assuming that that is when the biometrics notice...

Just approved today as well for both EAD and DACA!

Submitted an expedite request on my case on the 16th. Guess a lot of approvals coming in today! I'm so relieved and happy.

Ugh, either people are lazy and don't want to deal with us or they're just liars. I called again and they said that USCIS cannot accept requests to expedite DACA.

Also, I screwed myself over now...

i-827d cannot be expedited, but you can submit a request to expedite your i765, even though it's contingent upon your i-827d approval.

-Get a drivers license
-Buy a car

I am job hunting again and the recruiters ask me if I need any sponsorship, etc. Is it okay if I say no? I always tell them that I an non-citizen and can work for any employer.
