Oh man that's not normal. By the looks of it your in day 46? Call USCIS and make a report stating that you haven't got any sort of notification.

The only thing I had was the rejection letters which I was instructed to resubmit with the packet. But I wrote down the receipt numbers. I guess I should call them and ask. ;(
