I received two separate LIN#'s one for DACA and second for Employement Authorization.

EA- was approved yesterday
DACA approved today

Approved today!! Well I765 approved and in production I821D still in initial review but either way I'm good to go lol.

I am curious though... I did some research and I still do not understand why Mormons are not allowed to drink caffeine? Life with out Coffee or Coke or Beer is a sin on my end lol...

Dont understand the basis of your religion but hey if it makes you happy it makes you happy. Dont worry I was raised Catholic and do not see how people can believe their stuff either...

Yes you should be... Traveling outside of the United States would be the issue, you would have to request advanced parole for that. Hawaii and Alaska are both US states no different than going to...

I did not pay any attorney fees... but it looks like some folks here are confused about the application fee:

The total is $465
$380.00-I765
$85 for Biometrics
There is no actual fee for I-821D...

Houston TX -Crappy weather, Hot and Humid... But plenty of work...Did not feel the Recession as bad as other parts of the country. Plenty of cool people but also packed with small minded racist...

Lol was it an older gentleman with a white mustache? He seems like a jerk but I saw him helping people that needed it the day I went. (9/21 actual appointment day) Not that it was packed or anything...

Biometrics done on Friday 9/21 at Gulf Freeway location per appointment letter. Now to wait, from what I have read Nebraska is on a steady hold... Waited for such a long time couple more weeks wont...
