It has nothing to do with his visa. His I-94 is no longer valid. Your brother overstayed. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON ANY LAWYER. Just go ahead and apply for daca for your brother.He qualifies.

His visa is still valid. However he overstayed his time in the USA., so ofcourse his I-94 is no longer valid.

Well try using it again. An expired id is not valid. Why don't you apply for your passport?

What id did u use for uscis and Biometrics? I believe it has to be a government issued Id.

Yes, you have to apply for a SS card at a social security office. Take passport and work permit

I really believe your sister has everything that's needed.. The gap is not that important
Main criteria is to come here before 16 and to prove that you were here
on Apri 15. Send in what you have.

second grade and they accepted those. I am also 20 but in college. I did my
biometrics already and is waiting on approval. If...

If you have a passport use it. An expired ID is no longer valid. I saw someone saying that their principal validated their school ID and they accepted it.

Juvenile records are sealed. Unless its felony,murder etc, the records are rarely open.

Thumbs up Social Security cards

You have to apply for the cards yourself.
Take work permit,your id and letters from
Immigration to the Social Security
Office in your area and apply for the card.
