What state do you reside? I believe there will be a law that goes into effect on Jan. 1 2015 in CA which will allow certain professions obtain their licensing

Why would he let you use his ssn and then not include the W2 in the income tax. That call FRAUD... by not filing the W2 when you were suppose to file them, now will have to pay fines..

Any cases is different
You are better off calling personally USCIS instead of an attorney making that call...

If taxes were not paid for those two you will have to pay back taxes, interest, and penalties.

Question? Did your father file his taxes for those two years? I ask because if your father did not...

The card will have a new expiration date which is based on the day that your renewal daca was approved, having said that i received my card too with a new date Aug 18 2014 to Aug 17 2016....

I received my DACA letter with the a new expiration date.
My previous expiration date was Sept. 24 and now it is Aug 18, 2016.
I guess I will lose a few days frp, my first DACA

I was approve too.

USCIS received my package on June 10..
I did my bio. earlier then the date given....
It great that my EAD got renewal because my EAD was set to expire on Sept. 24
