My daca espires on the 21th.. Received on june the 26th, bio on july the 23 ... I havent hear anything back from them. A little worried :(

this achieve act is a total BS. i dont qualify and many of our dreamers wont as well. i came at the age of 15 and im already approved for DACA so just leave original DA GOPs. im tired of you guys...

Usps flagged my ead card as undeliverable.

ok buddies, i just got approved for both cases after getting an RFE letter :)
So happy right now and this proves that DIOS nunca desapara asus hijos :)

ok, thanks. My case was updated on thursday after they received my RFE Response. Hopefully i get approved next week:)

Yeah, anything they need from you like and RFE letter, your lawyer should get that not you. Thats what my lawyer told me and yeah he did get the RFE and i didnt get anything.

Tell her not to give up. She should find like medical records, ask for video tapes from the stores she visited that year, bank statements, maybe ask friends who are us citizens to write letter saying...

When you have a lwayer, any inf they like RFE letters, they lawyer will get those and nothing you. Thats what my lawyer told me when i was notified that i was getting an RFE. So you shouldnt expect...

i hope you get approved buddy. i mailed back my RFE on monday the 1st so im just waiting for them to update my case. Hopefully they will approve me ASAP :)

they just wanted more evidence after my graduation in 2009. so they wanted more evidence from 20010 to 11 because i had just sent my tax returns and they said they weren't notarized and they wanted...

my lawyer mailed it back the same day (yesterday) because he had told me to have ready all the evidence from 2010 t0 2011 and yeah he was right :).

well i think you will get it this week. i got the txt last wednesday and my lawyer got the letter yesterday so yeaho it takes like 3 to 4 days.

turst me if its not that then i has to be something simple and you will be able to get it. just wait for the letter. you will get it like in 4 days after you received your txt

stop getting worried body. i think is the income taxes of your mom from 2007 to january of 2008. i think they are requesting more evidence if you have not left the country that year. i got my RFE...
