what steps are you guys taking to have someone look into your file??? i have done ombudsman, nilc, several service requests to no avail.
Last two service requests were answered almost a month after...

I too applied back in may... called today and they said pretty much the same shit... thankfully the guy was able to set up a service request for me.. but still my case hasnt been assigned.

I'm at 170 days already..fml
I spoke to a tier 2 officer yesterday who was not helpful at all and would not allow me to put in a service request. Same bull response that it needs further review

4 cases after me and two before w the exception of one that was just schedule bio yesterday have been approved in the past 3 days...yet I haven't received any updates on mine :(... I keep checking...

Apply at Mdc...north campus is not that far from Broward.
I easily got instate even after they changed their original waiver to the new Florida law which I didn't qualify for because I moved to...

I saw a news piece on daca delays (univision) last night... uscis is claiming it's only affecting less than 1% of applicants... I call that bull..
I'm in the process of moving and pretty much life...

And to top it off, I was just informed that Boa doesn't take temp drivers license as valid Id here in fl no more...and I need to show my work permit to...

From what you posted, it seems that they declined the fee waiver and thats why they rejected your application. I do not know your situation but if I knew that there was a limited period to apply for...

I am in the same situation as you and have been using the daca waiver at mdc for over 3 years.
I am also transferring to fiu this fall and have already been accepted for their instate waiver...

i too was approved on 9/5 (work permit) and today(daca) !!! I was so worried because i waited so long to reapply and did my bio like 3 weeks ago..
my work permit was set to expire on 9/27
