I sent my renewal early June , had my biometrics done on June 27 and was approved the following morning on June 28... :)

i applied for both on the 20th of november. For id and dl. That same day i took my written test and i passed and got my permit to drive with a licensed driver. But before i even got this. A month...

I didn't. I learned how to drive in Mid-October and I passed my behind the wheel test today. It only took a month and a half. And everyday I would drive back and forth from work for like 10 mins :)...

IT SAYS INTERIM =D MY CALIFORNIA ID ARRIVED ON TUESDAY AND ITS FOR 5 YEARS.

I just checked the status of mine and it says that my ID was mailed out on 12/05/12? wtf today is 12/04/12...
theres a bug on their system. who knows.
