I wonder what determines how fast you get approved. Does it depend on how fast your background check clears or something? Because it's ridiculous that there are still August and September applicants...

Meanwhile, my friend is an EWI who sent her application a week after I did and was approved a few days before Christmas.

By the way, I heard that the Wilmington PD got a grant and apparently there are cops at Wrightsville Beach now who can tell whether or not you have a license and...
