I drove up to the border.. They took my passport. Asked what I was doing.. I told them I was visiting for a couple days. They told me to go on. And didnt stamp my passport or give me i-94 or anything.

Yea, i thought that was the right thing to put. So I put the EWI. But I re-entered the united states March 2nd, 2012. With my passport, but they didn't stamp it or give me a visa or anything like...

Okay guys! I got an RFE... I need to know how to prove that i had an unlawful status as of June 15, 2012. How do I do that if i have no passport stamp or i-94 visa ... or anything like that?

My RFE was received by the USCIS on November 13th. I am not expecting it to be approved for another 2 weeks. I suppose these things take time. What bothers me is that some people get approved 2 days...

Does it really take 60 days for the Response to be looked at??? I sent my RFE response, but online it says it will take up to 60 days to make a decision! Why?!?!?!?

Yeah, I was routed to Nebraska, really wish I was routed to California. I have been rooting for Nebraska, but they are not approving me! I hope they really come up with our forms today!
