Thank you so much for the reply. My SS card arrived yesterday (Saturday) so this Monday I'll try to have the check up from my doctor and maybe on Tuesday I can apply for permit and State ID.

Don't think that. I also had that same LUD and then on 10/19 I was approved. They just haven't looked at yours yet. Nebraska is still approving people whose biometrics were completed on 9/13. So...

Actually, if someone gets an RFE it's because their case is rejected for approval. However, rejected DOES NOT mean denied. They just reject the case as it is before the new evidence is received. ...
