From what i have seen on the previous approvals, usually takes 5-7days once you receive the approval. :)

Guys dont lose hope, i was like this too..i was checking everyday and the day i didnt check i received an email from USCIS CASE STATUS my case was approved...

From what i have seen thru the posts, it seems that it takes from 15-20 days to receive any kind of notifications(by mail).
