probably they entered EWI and before reaching their 18th B-days they went back to get a visa. I think that just because their visa are still valid they don't qualify for the program.

I think republicans (the base) are not quite ready for an Hispanic presidential candidate. Rubio will not make it through the primaries. Anyways, no republican is a match for Hilary.

I don't get it either. I've seen people with clean records, excellent grades, college graduates who meet all other requirements still waiting for an approval. It does not make any sense to me.

I've been thinking had I filed that application on Nov 20 i would've been already approved. I have 3 months gap (absence from U.S. back in 2007) that is probably killing my chances.

I don't think so. The other day he was caught driving with an expired DL and ICE said they were not after him. He is a high profile undocumented meaning he is safe.
