Try doing the ombudsman request.
I did that and about a week later I was approved. I don't know if that's what helped me but its worth a try.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I was approved ! My card went into production hours after I received my name update.

Hey Guys. I wanted to share my story. I did my Bio on Sep 25. Nebraska service center, I'm still not approved. I did talk to a nice lady on the phone by calling uscis and she filed a service request...
