i am in removal proceedings (last court date coming up, i hope they dismiss it) and i had a felony (which i had taken care of last july, a judge signed off on it and my plea was withdrawn)

they are both at post decision activity but my i765 was a card production in the morning and now it went back to post decision

just got my 1765 approved this morning, card is in production, i821d is still in initial review. took 6 months and 14 days. :)

I was convicted of selling counterfeit DVDs, I was dumb back then and looking for an easy way to make cash, it gave me a felony and 3 years probation. Probation ended in July 2012 and my conviction...

ICE came to pick me up 2 years after my conviction. have been in removal proceedings since beginning of last year.

i go to check in with them once a month every month since i was picked up. and yes i am EWI. this hearing was supposed to be my last, the judge said there would be no more extensions, but now shes...

they held me for a couple of hours to fill out forms and answer questions, maybe 2-3 at most. They let me go on my OR, i think i am most likely EWI and have no relatives to petition for me
