It's been over 2 months since my Biometrics and 3 since I sent it :x
Anyone have any idea how much more this might take?

Thank you, it's the waiting that's going to kill me. I want to enroll to college, but I'm thinking I should just wait until I get my permit :S

I sent mine to the Phoenix, AZ location. I heard it can take up to a month to get a reply, I hope your brother gets some news soon, he must be anxious.
