Ok so I have a question,
So I've been approved for DACA, and granted an EAD,
I have a U.S Citizen brother (married).... Can he petition me ?
And would DACA be a problem or setback.???

Yeah, its a struggle that we have to live with, unfortunately.... and to be honest with you, I'm paying my own tuition... i have tried to apply for TASFA, but since i do not have a job, and cant file...
