traveling permit anyone??

I was approved about 2 months ago and I was wondering has anyone applied for a traveling permit to leave the country to visit family members(mother,siblings)?
Is that even possible? anyone tried it?

So i finally spoke with a second level representative. He wasnt very helpful. ithought i would feel better after it but it was truly only a waste of an hour that i spent waiting to speak to one.

no... I did a email request .. ill call or not call depending on what they tell me in the email... oh and i also emailed ombudsman.. Its been a while so ithink i should be hearing something within...

Its funny cuz in the very beginning when i first applied i was counting as the days passed by because it was easy to. then i stop. I lost count after the first month... now...
