Third point - I was 8 years over 18 and without daca - will this complicate things even if I marry a US citizen ?

Yes, we are almost like F-1 students with EAD cards. I know I'm not going to marry a US citizen to adjust my status, so my sole hope for Legal Residency is DACA...
