My lawyer said my removal order still there... but ice cant touch me in this 2 years! Im married to a citizen so my lawyer said I have to file a new form to reopen my case and closed my removal order...

yes they just said the people with removal proceeding or order qualify for daca. I have removal order and Im one of those who still waiting since august!

Yeah i know that is my problem, because I have a clean history, Im a great girl. my order was on 2003 my mom failed to go to court!!!

That might be the problem. I have a final order and Im still waiting for my approval!!!!
