I filled out the application, but the guy at the SS Office just did it himself, didn't even look at the one I printed out.

When I went to apply for a SS Monday I gave the guy my EAD and passport, he asked if I had my BC so I gave it to him, it wasn't translated. He put the passport to the side and used the BC to type...

SS5 Form Question.

Question 10 asks for Parent/Fathers name, I don't live with him nor have I seen or heard from him in years, I currently live with my Mom and her partner of 10 years.
Do I leave that question blank?...

Just got approved today, how long does it usually take to receive the things in the mail? I'm hoping it arrives by Saturday, but next week is fine, after all, what's a couple days.
