Thanks for the support. I don't mind their posts, words are words. I will try to get all the paperwork from the juvenile court and find out my exact charge and be assured that i will keep you all...

I was a freshman in highschool so yes i was very prone to do stupid things. I'm a senior now about to graduate and it sucks that because of my stupidity i may have no chance at success whatsoever.

I'll definitely contact an attorney hopefully it'll all be fine but if not I'll still be happy that others will have the opportunity.

Well i turn 18 in April so it was almost 3 years ago and since then i haven't had any trouble whatsoever with the law

Oh no don't think i was trying anything to endanger anyone, i was just giving it to some kid and they found it in my jacket after school

Well what happened was that they detained me for four days until i had a little hearing in which i was told that i was to be sent to an alternative school for one school year. I never really spent...

When i was 15 i was arrested and sent to juvenile detention for a 2nd degree felony,.does that disqualify me for the dream act?
