i really should be considered the worlds most stupid man. I forgot to submit my 2 passport, color pictures!!!! i should have had my EAD BY NOW! i am so mad at myself :(

Mistake from the church? Ucis? I mean I doubt the church made a mistake, they had lawyers either fill the papers with you or checking them before sending them, so, I doubt it.

i do not have the copies, the copies are over at the church that helped me fill the whole thing out, and so the RFE will get to them first most likely.

i know this might be a long shot, but maybe, since they moved my case from nebraska to cali, one of the 2 forms could have been lost in the process or something is what i am thinking. long shot, but...

yes, my DACA was aproved, i have my paper that says that they have decided to deffer action, etc. is my EAD that for some reason to be known that it got hit for a request for evidence.

I hope is something simple. I really cannot fathom what could I have missed since I am already approved for daca itself. We'll see when it gets what it is.

no you see, my DACA was aproved, i have the paper, now they are requesting additional evidence for my EAD, which is weird because as far as i know once they aprove your daca, they almost always...

not renewal, was first time. and what do you mean what kind of info did i gave them? i filled the application, wrote the essay thing, and submited whatever was asked ( cant remember ) in conjunction...

cant tell you for sure as i dont have my paperwork handy but my daca was aproved within their estimations, i think it was about 1 or 2 days past the 6 months time-line, i was pleasantly surprised as...
