Unhappy any one with a mistake on approval notices that got this fixed??

has anyone gotten the mistake fixed and what did you have to do?

i got my approval notice and my middle name was misspelled !!
has this happened to anyone else what did you guys have to do the wait time? where you able to get ur ssn?? sorry about all this...

i just checked online on my status and i was approved its such a sence of relive and excitment both!!:-P:-P
