thats sounds like a great idea, but his lawyer told him that there was nothing that he could do, and that if any new legislation passed, she would notify him.

Oh i see, that's too bad. He has a son who is 17, and the kid's uncle is a US citizen. Is there any way for the uncle to adopt him or something to get his son legalized?
