It's been a whole YEAR and a few days since I first submitted my application, and 7 months since they received my RFE paperwork >:[

Don't freak out.
What happened to you is considered an administrative error.
Call them and let them kno whats going on.
Then resend the info from USPS and copies of your RFE letter and the...

The best part about what you've told us is that your app is being sent to the California service center...The Cali center is one of the centers w/ the fastest turn...

I sent in my app after you, oct 29th, got RFEd on March, submitted evidence in April, and still nothing...the latest I heard from the Nebraska center is that my case is still...

Country where you reside, or country of residence for DACA purposes= U.S.

Country of LEGAL residency= country where you are legally...

I called a few of the Cali schools that matriculate international students...dont get your hopes up on going to a Cali school if youre undocumented AND out of state...they reserve most...

Interesting....mine has been in Nebraska this whole time.
They received my RFE in April 5th and i shouldve heard something by June 5th, and obviously I didnt.....

6 months post RFE?! gawwhhhh how draining...I really hope that doesnt happen to me :( Im so ready to begin a new phase of my life this fall and that means getting my permit this summer! :P

FIVE WHOLE MONTHS AFTER SENDING IN YOUR RFE! That's ridiculous!!!!! Here I am slightly hopeful cuz I have 2 weeks till the 60 day mark and it might not even happen in that time frame....

Unfortunately, it will NOT be enough to just sent an affidavit (which is essentially what your letter is).
If you only send that, you will get denied for "Insufficient evidence to demonstrate...

YES! Rent receipts should show that you were physically present in the States for the months that you show that you paid rent....I hope you have a receipt for all 24 months.
