thanks. the representative wasn't able to give me any useful information on the second letter, she suggested that I should go into the office again and ask them about it. I'll try to go there...

thank you everyone for the input, my application was routed to Vermont, so the receipts started with EAC. I will call uscis today and ask them about the second letter, will keep everyone updated....
