I think a lot of folks are sending in early because of the judge in TX. I know he currently hasn't ruled anything, but did hear arguments on 6/2. Just a waiting game now.

My parents are both Green Card holders and I have had DACA since 2012.

Sent in my renewal on 9.28, got approved on 10/13 and received card today. Didn't even have to do biometric. Feel cheated on the months I lost.

I tired to signup in TastyWorks and they denied me saying that because i am DACA they cant approve my account. I need to have a greencard or be a citizen.

Has anyone who was/is an unmarried DACA recipient adjusted their status by having a Green Card parent sponsor them? I've read that it can happen but if i did it i would have to apply for advance...

This HAS been one of the fastest renewal I've experienced.

4th Renewal Sent: 1/3/2020- Received: 1/6/2020
Bio Appt Sent: 1/11/2020, Completed 1/31/2020
Approval: 2/4/2020
Expiration: 1/30/2022...

May 2020 Expiration

Has anyone renewed their EAD that is expiring in May 2020?

Mine expired 5/14/2020, but i have yet to do it.

Should i go ahead and process it, or wait until January?

A driver license. And yes, the license expiration date will change to the expiration date of the ead. I think it's the same for non dl id as well, since the our ead is currently temporary.

https://www.safehorizon.org/. THis is a great place. They are non profit, but they do charge a small fee for legal consultation outside of the issues the are known to help with.
